Power Rangers Sweepstakes Goes LIVE

To celebrate the release of the Power Rangers movie March 24th, we are holding a Power Rangers figure giveaway! Beginning today (3/23/17) through next Thursday (3/30/17), you can enter for a chance to win a set of 4” Power Rangers METALS DIE CAST figures! To enter, just “like” our post and “tag” a friend on Instagram and Facebook. There will be two winners, one from Instagram and one from Facebook. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The POWER RANGERS SWEEPSTAKES (“Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the United States and the District of Columbia and is open only to legal residents of the United States. Entrant must be 13 (thirteen) years old at the start of the Promotional Period (as defined below). A parent, legal guardian or an adult (that is, a person who has reached majority in their state of residence) who has written consent to do so from the child’s parent/legal guardian may enter on behalf of a child who fulfills all other eligibility requirements. (If adult who is not a child’s parent/legal guardian enters on behalf of a child, such adult will have no rights to entry or any prize if child’s entry is selected in a random drawing and such child is confirmed as a prize winner; and, in entering on behalf of a child, such adult agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and waives and releases any rights that he/she may have against the Sponsor, Administrator or any other entities in any way involved with the Sweepstakes.) Children of employees/officers/directors of Jada Toys Incorporated (“Sponsor”), and their respective affiliates, parent companies, subsidiaries, franchisees, retailers, contractors, distributors, advertising, promotion, fulfillment and marketing agencies, and their immediate families (defined as spouse, child, sibling, parent or grandparent) and persons living in the same household of each (whether related or not) are not eligible. Entrant and entrant’s parent/legal guardian agree to be governed by these Official Rules. Participation constitutes Entrant’s/Entrant’s parent/legal guardian’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules. Void outside the United States and the District of Columbia. Void in Puerto Rico, and where prohibited by law. Prizes will be awarded to the parent/legal guardian of the child. The Sweepstakes begins on or about 12:01 a.m. (midnight) PT on March 23, 2017 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on March 30, 2017 (the “Promotional Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time clock for the Sweepstakes. Many will enter, few will win.

2. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Sweepstakes, you must “like” or “tag” a friend using your valid and approved Facebook or Instagram account. A parent, legal guardian or an adult may enter on behalf of a child who fulfills all other eligibility requirements. If not the child’s parent or legal guardian, when entering on behalf of a child, you must have written consent from the child’s parent or legal guardian to do so.

Entry may not be made by automated means such as by script, bot, macro or any other similar software or program. Any such attempts shall be rendered null and void. To be eligible for a weekly prize drawing, entries must be received by Sponsor no later than 11:59 p.m. PT the calendar day before the drawings (as outlined in Section 4 herein).

Acknowledgment of receipt of entry does not constitute any representation that the entrant is eligible to enter the

Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to ownership of an entry, the authorized account holder of the Facebook or Instagram address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant (but, if authorized account holder is a parent/legal guardian or adult entering on behalf of a child, entry will be deemed made by the child on whose behalf the parent/legal guardian/adult submitted the entry). The “authorized agent” is the actual person assigned an account by Facebook or Instagram. Any person who uses any device or artifice to attempt to enter Sweepstakes multiple times in violation of the entry rules, for him/herself (if a child), or on behalf of a child (if his/her parent/legal guardian or adult), will result in disqualification and all entries associated with that Facebook or Instagram address will be void.

Sponsor and their agencies are not responsible for any entries that may be lost, late, stolen, delayed, mutilated and/or misdirected, or for typographical errors in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes advertising.

Children should get their parent/legal guardian’s permission before attempting to enter the Sweepstakes.

By entering the Sweepstakes, entrant and entrant’s parent/legal guardian agree (1) to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects; and (2) to release Sponsor, Saban Brands and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of any of the above organizations (collectively, “Released Parties”), from any and all liability whatsoever for any claims, costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, related to personal injury, death, damage to property, infringement of proprietary rights, rights of publicity or privacy or defamation) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes, or any Sweepstakes-related activity or the acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize.

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV):

Grand Prize (1): One (1) set of Jada Toys METALS DIE CAST 4” Power Rangers figures. Set consists of six (6) individual figures. Red Ranger, Green Ranger, Blue Ranger, Black Ranger, Yellow Ranger and Pink Ranger.

TOTAL ARV OF GRAND PRIZE: $60.00

Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received.

Limit 1 Prize per person per household and per Facebook or Instagram account/email address. Prizes are non-transferable. Prizes cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. Substitution of a prize by a winner is prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute advertised prize with a prize of comparable value in the event the advertised prize (or portion thereof) is not available for any reason.

All costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of prize including all taxes are winner’s sole responsibility. In the event that a Prize Winner (or his/her parent or legal guardian) chooses not to accept his/her prize or is unable to be notified for any reason, such prize will be forfeited without compensation and an alternate winner will be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing.

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of prize constitutes permission from Prize Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) for Sponsor and their agencies to use Prize Winner’s name, voice, likeness and/or other indicia of persona without notice or further compensation for purposes of advertising and trade, including posting of Prize Winner’s first name, last initial and city and state of residence on Jada Toys Inc., social media sites for a maximum of thirty (30) days to the extent permitted by the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE NOTIFICATION/AWARD PROCESS:

Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 p.m. PT March 30^th 2017.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein and being notified by Sponsor that verification is complete.

The potential Prize Winner will be contacted through Facebook or Instagram and may be required to provide proof of age and residency. The potential Prize Winner (and his/her parent/legal guardian) by acceptance of prize(s) grants and agrees to confirm that grant in writing) permission to Sponsor and those acting under its authority the right to the use of Winner’s name, picture, likeness, voice, biographical information, and statements, at any time or times, in perpetuity, for advertising, trade, publicity, and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter discovered, worldwide and on the Internet and World Wide Web, without notice, review or approval and without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, by accepting prize, Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) agree without additional compensation to participate, at time of Sponsor’s sole choosing, in interviews and/or other publicity activities which may include filming and/or audio recording and/or electronic recording, as may be determined by Sponsor from time to time in its sole discretion; and, Winner (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further understands and agrees that the content of such interviews/publicity activities shall be the sole property of Sponsor, to the extent permitted by law (and Winner/Winner’s parent/legal guardian agrees, upon Sponsor’s request, without further compensation to complete and sign any and all documents deemed necessary by Sponsor so as to record, perfect or effect Sponsor’s rights in said content).

Potential Prize Winner must prove eligibility. In Sponsor’s sole discretion, and at any time, each potential prize winner (or parent/legal guardian where appropriate) will also be subject to a background check to confirm his/her appropriateness (as solely determined by Sponsor) to represent Sponsor’s product. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify a potential prize winner (or parent/legal guardian where appropriate) based on the results of his/her background check. In the event that a potential prize winner (or parent/legal guardian where appropriate) is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, will substitute a prize of comparable value and Administrator may select an alternate potential prize winner (or parent/legal guardian where appropriate) per the process set forth in Section 2.

Non-compliance with these Official Rules and/or failure to timely respond to Sponsors notification of being selected as a prize winner, will result in forfeiture of the prize (without compensation) and an alternate winner will be selected from all remaining eligible entries received for the applicable drawing. Any attempt to defraud Sponsor in any way will result in disqualification of entrant; and, such entrant may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery of prize.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California (with the sole exception of conflict of law/choice of law rules which would result in the application of the law of any jurisdiction other than California), with venue in Los Angeles County, California and all claims must be resolved in the appropriate state and federal courts of Los Angeles County, California. Claim must be filed individually, NOT as a class action. Entrant (and his/her parent or legal guardian) further understands and agrees that in no event will he/she (or his/her parent or legal guardian) be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, fees or costs including without limitation attorneys’ fees, other than for actual out-ofpocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.

5. INTERNET:

Any personally identifiable information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will only be used for purposes of administering and fulfilling the Sweepstakes and as otherwise stated in these Official Rules. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telecommunications malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, incomplete/inaccurate information on social media pages operated on Facebook and Instagram by Jada Toys Inc., whether the result of tampering, equipment malfunction or other cause, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the sender, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and the Released Parties are not responsible for any damages to entrant’s (or a third party’s) computer/phone/tablet (including but not limited to information and data stored thereon) in conjunction with participation in Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNT OR WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW (AND TO DISQUALIFY SUCH INDIVIDUAL FROM THE SWEEPSTAKES, IF APPLICABLE). If for any reason, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause beyond the control of Sponsor, which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes such that persons cannot access the social media account used to administer the Sweepstakes, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, or suspend the Sweepstakes, and to select winners in a manner determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion to be fair, appropriate and consistent with these Official Rules. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on Sponsors social media accounts or www.metalsdiecast.com.

6. RULES/WINNERS LIST REQUESTS:

Official Rules will be available during the Promotional Period of March 23, 2017 to March 30, 2017. Send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to Power Rangers Sweepstakes Rules/Winners List Request, 938 S. Hatcher Ave, City of Industry, CA 91748, to obtain a copy of these Official Rules or the names of prize winners (available after March 31, 2017). All requests must be received by April 7, 2017
